Catholic Social Service Bureau is the Catholic Charities agency of the Diocese of Lexington. Our mission is to empower and assist individuals, families and groups in the Diocese to improve their quality of life. We do this by offering low-cost mental health counseling, free pregnancy counseling, and emergency services at offices in Lexington and Prestonsburg, Kentucky. We are also a licensed adoption agency. Agency support is provided by the Diocese, United Way of the Bluegrass, United Way of Eastern Kentucky, federal grants, fees for services, and contributions from clients and friends. All contributions are tax deductible.
